Meet The Liberty Land Transfer Team
Liberty Land Transfer Inc.’s principals and staff are highly experienced title professionals, specializing in their respective areas of concern. John J. D’Lauro, Esq acts as CEO and Counsel; Holly F. Keller, with 45 years of experience in the title industry, serves as President. A full-time support staff compliments all facets of operations relation to title and settlement.
Holly Keller
President
Holly began as a secretary at a Lancaster title company. Training as a searcher and as a closer followed, along with obtaining her title insurance license in 1978 and she later transferred to the Harrisburg office to become the manager. She has been responsible for running a title agency since January 1982. She joined Liberty Land Transfer in 2000 when she opened the Harrisburg area office for the Philadelphia based company. She was named President in 2003 and the corporate offices moved to Camp Hill. She continues to oversee the operations which cover both the central PA area and the five-county Greater Philadelphia area.
Holly enjoys, Wordle, card games, her grandchildren, reading and boating.
Dawn DeWalt
Dawn started her career in real estate working at the Recorder of Deeds Office in Carlisle. She joined the staff of a title company in October, 1985, as a title searcher. She currently continues to do search work, prepares the title commitments and oversees the flow of work through the offices of Liberty Land Transfer.
In her spare time, Dawn enjoys kayaking, camping, and she golfs in a league; in addition to many charity golf tournaments.
Michele Noggle
Michele is a title searcher, traveling to the county courthouses in five central Pennsylvania counties. Michele has been searching since 1993. It is her responsibility to research the properties to be insured by Liberty Land Transfer.
Michele loves dogs and cats, camping, golf, and attending concerts.
Jessi Guerra
Jessi started her career as an administrative assistant in a mortgage company assisting with settlements. She then moved on to sales of manufactured homes. She joined Liberty Land Transfer in August of 2025 as an administrative assistant helping with everyday tasks as well as preparing for settlements.
In her spare time Jessi enjoys camping and painting on canvas.
